J & E is minority owned and  founded in 2005 and has been on top of the painting world for two years now. We have worked with a variety of clients and customers. The owner worked for a painting company and decided one day he has what it takes to start his own. Every since then they have been in business looking for more clients and customers. J & E is looking to expand nation wide and with the help of there clients they are on there way.
